Local government assumes a fundamental role in the life of every citizen by providing services classified as physiological needs. Deficiencies delivery such to citizens is viewed contravention their human rights. The consequences deficiencies trigger frustration and unrest citizens, exhibited political instability, damage state property, at its pinnacle loss lives. This research study investigated concerning levels organizational performance Arandis Town Council Erongo region Namibia. investigation was motivated need determine factors that affect service delivery, with objectives provide recommendations improve performance. We employed quantitative method collect primary data for study.
